Create a parking zone to group vehicles into a named, color-coded category, such as Carports, Premium Preferred Parking, or Podium Garage Parking. You only need to create each zone once. After that, you can assign residents' vehicles to it.

Before you start

• In the community dropdown at the top of the left sidebar, make sure the right community is selected.

Steps

1. In the left sidebar, go to Property → Parking Zone → Create Parking Zone.

2. Enter a Parking Zone Name of up to 32 characters, such as "Carports."

3. Optional: Enter a Parking Zone Secondary Name of up to 32 characters for an extra label.

4. Choose a Background Color and a Text Color. The Example preview updates as you go, so you can see how the zone label will look.

5. Click Add Parking Zone.

What happens next

The zone is ready to use. To add vehicles to it, see Assigning a vehicle to a parking zone.

To see all your zones, go to Property → Parking Zone → View Parking Zone List. The list shows each zone's name, secondary name, and Total Vehicle Count, which is the number of vehicles currently assigned to it.

Important notes

• To rename a zone or change its colors, click Edit Zone next to it on the View Parking Zone List page, then click Update Parking Zone.

• Changes to a zone apply to every vehicle in that zone.
