Dashboard property statistics overview
Last updated: November 4, 2026
The property statistics widgets on your dashboard give you a real-time snapshot of your parking program: who's authorized to park, how patrol is going, and how many residents have registered. Use them to spot problems early.
How it works
A row of six widgets sits below the Action Required widgets.
Vehicles Eligible To Park
The total number of vehicles authorized to park right now, broken down into Residents (active resident vehicles), Guests (active guest passes), and Do-Not-Tows (vehicles on the Do-Not-Tow list). Click Click for details to see the lists.
The dashboard doesn't track employee vehicles separately. They only appear on the Do-Not-Tow list. See Managing the Do-Not-Tow (DNT) list.
Active Guest Passes
The number of guest passes active across all residents. A high number for your community's size can mean guest passes are being overused. If so, check your guest parking settings.
Last Patrol (Days Ago)
Days since patrol last ran in your community. 0 means patrol happened today. A higher number can mean coverage is slipping. Review your patrol agreement and contact your patrol partner, or check your self-patrol schedule.
Taken Spots / Total Spots
If your community uses Assigned Parking, this shows how many spots are assigned and your Spot Utilization percentage. High utilization means your spots are nearly full. Low utilization means you have spots available.
Violations Past 7 Days
A rolling count of warnings, citations, boots, and tows over the last week. Click View Violations to open the report. A sharp jump can point to a new problem area.
Resident Occupancy Rate
The percentage of units with at least one registered resident. A low rate can mean residents aren't registering. Consider sending invitations to everyone who hasn't registered, or reviewing how you onboard residents. Click View Details for a breakdown by unit.
Who can use it
Property managers and other property management users.
