Dashboard overview

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Your dashboard is the home page of your ParkingPass account. It shows what needs your attention today and how your parking program is doing. Check it for about five minutes at the start of each day.

How it works

The dashboard always shows the community selected in the property selector. Its data updates in real time as applications, payments, and patrol activity come in. The widgets you see can vary slightly with your community's configuration.

From top to bottom, the dashboard has:

Header and sidebar

The top left shows your name, your role, and the community you're viewing. If you manage more than one community, use the property selector under your name to switch. The left sidebar links to every part of ParkingPass, including Residents, Vehicles, Do-Not-Tow, Patrol, Reports, Assigned Parking, Revenue Share, Users, and Settings.

Search for a report/tool

Type a keyword, like Revenue or Guest, to jump straight to a matching page. It's the fastest way to find a report or tool without opening the sidebar menus.

Quick action buttons

Five shortcuts for common tasks: Search Plate, Parking Policy, Property Settings, Invite Residents, and Manage Staff.

Contact Support banner

The Contact Support — Get assistance banner reaches the ParkingPass team in one click.

What's New

Announcements about new features, compliance changes, and state-specific updates. Use the arrows to scroll, Read More for the full update, and All Updates for past announcements.

Action Required widgets

Four widgets for items waiting on you. See How Action Required widgets work.

Property statistics

Six widgets showing how your parking program is performing. See Dashboard property statistics overview.

Quick search panel

Use the Search Category dropdown to find a resident, guest, or vehicle by license plate, name, email, unit or building number, phone, or parking permit number. Results show each user's name, address, and status (Pending, Active, or Declined). Click a result to open the profile.

Feature cards

At the bottom, Deep Dive Into Patrol Analytics opens the Patrol Analytics report. Share Your ParkingPass Success Story! lets you tell the ParkingPass team about your experience.

Common questions

What should I check each day?

In this order:

  1. What's New, for updates that affect your work.

  2. New Resident Applications, to clear the queue.

  3. New Vehicle Applications and Vehicle Change Requests, for residents waiting on you.

  4. Lease Status, for expired or expiring leases.

  5. Last Patrol (Days Ago), to confirm patrol is happening.

  6. Violations Past 7 Days, to spot unusual jumps.

If every widget shows zero and there's no Action Required badge, you're in good shape.

A widget shows the wrong data. What should I do?

Refresh the page and confirm the right community is selected. If that doesn't fix it, sign out and back in. If the problem continues, email support@parkingpass.com with your community's name and the widget.

Important notes

  • Items with an Action Required badge can affect residents' parking access if left alone.

  • Switch the property selector to see another community's dashboard.
