User Page Views overview
Last updated: November 3, 2026
User Page Views lets you confirm which pages a resident viewed in the ParkingPass portal, and from where. Use it when you need to know whether a resident saw something your community published or sent.
How it works
User Page Views records each page a resident opens in their portal, with technical details about the visit. Each entry includes:
Page: the page the resident viewed.
Referral URL: where they came from, like an email link or portal navigation.
IP Address: the IP address they viewed from.
Browser: the browser they used.
Operating System: the operating system they used.
Timestamp: when the view happened.
You can narrow the log with Filter By Date Range and the search box. Export Data lets you pull the records out for sharing or archiving.
User Page Views is kept for the lifetime of the resident's account.
Who can use it
Property managers.
Where to find it
Go to Residents, open the resident's profile, and click View User Page Views at the bottom of the profile.
What you can do with it
Confirm whether a resident opened a policy page they say they never saw.
Confirm whether a resident logged in and viewed their account, and where they accessed it from.
Check whether a session matches the resident's normal usage when they say someone else accessed their account. Compare IP address and browser details.
Investigate a complaint across several logs — see Handling a resident complaint with activity logs.
Important notes
User Page Views is the only log with a built-in Export Data option.
For audits or long-running disputes, export the records you need before you need them.
This log includes IP addresses and access patterns. Handle it with the same care as any other resident data.
