Key things to know

• If you'll do the same action more than about ten times, look for the bulk tool first. For a first run, test with 5 to 10 records.

• Vehicles, Do-Not-Tow entries, guest passes, enforcement actions, and patrol holds are handled one at a time. Each is tied to a specific vehicle, resident, or community.

• After an import, check Residents → Pending Imported Residents for rows that didn't go through. Every bulk change is logged in the affected residents' User History.
