A Patrol Hold temporarily pauses enforcement activity for your property during a defined time window. Once the hold expires, patrol activity resumes automatically.
Patrol Holds are intended for temporary situations only — for example, a special event, building emergency, or a brief gap while you investigate an issue. Some properties may have minimum patrol requirements.
Place a Patrol Hold
Log in to the ParkingPass portal.
From the left sidebar, navigate to Patrol → Patrol Holds.
Click Submit Patrol Hold.
Enter the start date and end date.
Add a clear reason for the hold (this helps your patrol vendor understand context).
Submit the Patrol Hold.
Once submitted, patrol activity pauses for the selected timeframe.
Things to Know
Patrol Holds are time-bound and expire automatically.
They do not permanently change parking rules or enforcement behavior — see Updating Parking Rules for that.
