Residents can't register guests until their application is approved. Until then, their account is pending and isn't fully active in your community.

What's covered

While a resident's application is pending, they can't:

• Register guest vehicles.

• Create guest passes.

• Use guest parking features.

What isn't covered

• Residents whose applications are approved. Guest registration is available as soon as the application is approved.

How to give a resident guest access

1. Review the resident's pending application. See Reviewing a new resident application.

2. Approve it if it meets your community's requirements.

Once approved, the resident can register guests right away.

Important notes

• Pending applications are declined automatically after 10 days if they aren't approved.

• Guest access is tied to an approved resident account. This keeps guest parking limited to verified members of your community.
