Key things to know
A tow is the highest-severity enforcement action, after a warning, citation, or boot. Your patrol vendor chooses the action based on your parking policy and the vehicle's history.
Vehicle recovery is between the vehicle owner and the patrol vendor or its tow operator. ParkingPass isn't part of that transaction.
Tow disputes follow the same dispute process as any other violation. There's no separate process for tows.
