Your property keyword is required for resident self-registration. Residents enter this keyword when registering through the ParkingPass portal, so you'll want it handy to share in onboarding packets, welcome emails, signage, or one-off conversations.

Steps

1. Click the Property section of the side menu.

2. Select View Property Info to navigate to the appropriate section.

3. Look for the area labeled Registration Keyword.

Tip: The keyword is case-sensitive, so it's safer to copy/paste it than to retype.

Important notes

• Property keywords are unique to each community.

• Keywords are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.

• Sharing the correct keyword helps prevent misdirected or incomplete registrations.

• If a resident enters the wrong keyword, they may end up at the wrong property's registration page.
