Bulk editing lease dates
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Update lease dates for many residents at once with the Resident Data Manager, for example after a community-wide renewal cycle.
Who can do this: Property Managers, Office Staff.
Before you start
Prepare a file with each resident's updated lease expiration date. Download the CSV template from the Resident Data Manager if you need one.
To update just one resident, see Updating a resident's lease expiration date.
Steps
Click Resident Data Manager in the left sidebar.
Download the CSV template if you need it.
Upload your file with the updated lease dates.
Review the changes.
Confirm the changes.
What happens next
The new lease dates take effect as soon as you confirm them. Residents whose leases are no longer expired drop off the Expired count in the dashboard's Lease Status widget.
Important notes
Lease dates control early renewal and whether residents can pay. Check your file carefully before you confirm.
For the full upload and review process, see Importing a rent roll.
You can also set up month-to-month leases to roll forward automatically. See How do I enable and confirm the month-to-month lease option in ParkingPass?
