Patrol reports overview

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Patrol reports show when patrol happened in your community, what it found, and how your patrol partner is performing. Use them to confirm coverage, review trends, and answer questions about a specific night or boot.

How it works

Five reports sit under Reports → Patrol. The same enforcement event can show up in more than one. A tow, for example, appears in Patrol History as part of that night's activity and in Patrol Analytics as part of the trend.

Patrol Analytics

A visual dashboard of patrol coverage, violation hotspots, enforcement trends, and frequent violators over a date range you choose. It's the broadest report, and its Violation Analytics & Trends section shows long-term patterns. Use it for monthly program reviews, board meeting prep, finding problem areas, and checking your patrol partner's consistency.

Patrol History

A row-by-row log of every patrol in your community. Each row shows start and end times, duration, patroller, day of the week, and counts of warnings, citations, boots, and tows. Use it to investigate coverage gaps, check what happened on a specific night, or cross-check a resident complaint. Filter by Patroller and Day of Week.

Patrol Calendar

A calendar view of patrol activity. Green means patrol happened, yellow means a patrol hold, and gray means no activity. It's the fastest way to answer "did patrol run last week?"

Live Patrols

Shows patrols in progress right now. Use it when a resident calls and says, "they're towing my car right now." It isn't a history: once a patrol ends, it moves to Patrol History.

Boot Dispatch Report

Tracks every boot dispatched and removed, with a focus on Removal Time, measured from dispatch to removal. Columns are Brand, Region, Property, Device ID, Patroller, License Plate, Dispatched, Removed, Removal Time, and Violation. Filter by Brand, Region, Property, Patroller, and Status. Use it for boot disputes, reviewing boot operator response times, and reconciling boot activity.

Who can use it

  • Property managers. Some reports may vary depending on your community's configuration and your user role.

Where to find it

Go to Reports in the left sidebar, then Patrol.

Common questions

My patrol partner says they patrolled last night. How do I check?

Open Patrol Calendar and look at last night. If it's gray, no patrol was logged. Confirm the details in Patrol History, then share the date and a screenshot with your patrol partner.

A boot took too long to remove. How do I review response times?

Open the Boot Dispatch Report and filter by Brand or Patroller. Check the Removal Time column. Rows that stand out are a good starting point for a conversation with your patrol partner.

A resident says they were booted unfairly. Where do I look?

Use the Boot Dispatch Report for the boot record, including how long it took to remove. Then use the Violation Report for the violation behind it. See Violation and citation reports overview.

Important notes

  • Date ranges don't carry over between reports. Set the date range again on each report you open.

  • If you're viewing All Properties, some reports may not load until you choose one property in the property selector.

  • Most reports can be exported, with options like Export to Excel and Export PDF. Export when you need data for board prep, leadership, or audits.
