Using the Parking Spot Marketplace

The Parking Spot Marketplace allows property managers to list and rent out available parking spaces directly through ParkingPass. This feature is useful for monetizing unused spots and managing parking availability in one place.

Steps

1. Log in to your ParkingPass account.
2. From the left-hand navigation, go to Assigned Parking → Parking Spot Marketplace.
3. If you do not have a Stripe Connect account set up, you will be prompted to complete setup before continuing.
4. Once inside the marketplace, configure the following:
   • General Settings
     Enable or disable the marketplace.
   • Groups
     Create groups to organize parking spots.
   • Addendum
     Adjust terms and conditions for parking rentals.
   • Listings
     Add parking spots and set pricing.
   • Visibility
     Choose who can access the marketplace:
     • Residents
     • Guests
     • Public
     • Or any combination of the above
5. Review your settings and publish your listings.

💡 Tip: If something doesn’t look right, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in.

Important Notes

• Assigned Parking must be enabled before using the Parking Spot Marketplace.
• A Stripe Connect account is required to accept payments.
• Listings and pricing are fully managed at the property level.
• Visibility settings control who can view and rent available spots.
