Updating Property Billing Information

Property billing information is managed through ParkingPass' Accounting Department. For this reason, updates to billing information are handled directly with your account manager to ensure everything is completed accurately.


Steps

Billing and payment details cannot be edited directly within the ParkingPass dashboard.

To update a property’s billing information:

  1. Email support@parkingpass.com.

  2. Include the name of your property and let us know you need to update billing details.

  3. Your account manager will follow up to help you make the necessary changes.


Important Notes

  • Only account managers can assist with billing updates.
  • Platform access does not allow direct edits to billing details.


Troubleshooting

If you experience delays or issues:

  • Make sure your request is sent from the email associated with the property

  • Include the property name and contact information

  • Watch for a follow-up from your account manager to schedule the update
