Update Maximum Number of Vehicles for a Specific Unit

Property managers can adjust the maximum number of resident vehicles allowed for an individual unit depending on their community's policy. This is commonly used when a unit has been granted an exception beyond the default vehicle limit.

How to Update the Vehicle Limit (Property Manager)

1. Click Vehicles and select Vehicle/Unit Management

2. Locate and select the specific Unit

3. Update the Maximum Number of Resident Vehicles

4. Click Save

The updated vehicle limit applies immediately and allows the unit to register additional resident vehicles.

Important Notes

• This update applies only to the selected unit, not the entire property

• Increasing the vehicle limit does not waive registration or permit fees

• All enforcement rules remain in effect

• Vehicles must still comply with parking policies unless placed on the Do-Not-Tow (DNT) list
