Free Roll Out is a temporary onboarding period for new properties, during which resident parking permit charges are waived.

What Is Free Roll Out?

Free Roll Out is a configuration used when a property first begins using ParkingPass. It gives current residents time to register their vehicles without being charged for resident parking permits.

Important Notes

• Free Roll Out applies only to resident parking permits.

• Guest passes and rental permits are not included.

• Resident permit charges are waived only during the designated rollout period.

• Once the rollout period ends, standard permit charges automatically apply.

• Enrollment deadlines are fixed. Residents should complete vehicle registration before the rollout period closes.
