Additional Vehicle Requests

Residents can request to add an additional vehicle through their portal. Once submitted, the request enters a management review status and must be approved before becoming active.

Property managers may also complete this process on behalf of a resident by logging in as the user from the resident's account.

Vehicle Limits

Residents can only add vehicles if the unit has not reached its configured maximum vehicle limit.

If an override is needed:

  1. Open the Property Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Vehicle / Unit Management from the left navigation

  3. Locate the specific unit

  4. Edit the Max Vehicle Limit as needed

Adjusting the unit limit will immediately allow additional vehicles to be submitted.

What Happens After Submission

  • The vehicle appears in the Vehicle Info section

  • Status displays:
“Under Management Review – New Vehicle Add Request”

  • Approval can be applied from the application review screen

Once approved:

  • An e-permit is generated for the license plate

  • Payment may be required, depending on property configuration

If the property uses tiered pricing, additional vehicles may fall into a different pricing tier based on vehicle count.

Important Notes

  • Approval depends on property vehicle limits and parking rules.

  • Additional vehicles may require an active permit and associated fees.

  • Tiered pricing structures may apply different rates to second or third vehicles.

  • Enforcement vendors rely on active vehicle status when validating vehicles.
