Requesting a Tow Outside of Patrol Hours

If an unauthorized vehicle needs to be towed outside of your scheduled patrol hours — such as in cases involving blocked access, safety concerns, or emergency situations — direct coordination with your enforcement vendor is required.

ParkingPass does not dispatch tow trucks or manage live enforcement activity.

When This Applies

You may need to request direct vendor support when:

  • A vehicle is blocking another vehicle

  • A vehicle is parked in a fire lane or emergency access area

  • A vehicle is obstructing entryways or loading zones

  • Immediate removal is required outside normal patrol times

How to Proceed

In these situations:

  • Contact your contracted patrol or towing vendor directly

  • Provide them with the location and vehicle details

  • Follow your property’s established emergency towing procedures

Your vendor will determine response timing based on availability and contractual terms.

Important Notes

  • Patrol hours are determined by your property’s enforcement agreement.

  • ParkingPass facilitates scheduled enforcement workflows but does not manage real-time dispatch.

  • Emergency or off-cycle towing requests must be coordinated directly with your vendor.

If you are unsure of your patrol coverage or vendor contact information, review your enforcement agreement or contact ParkingPass support for clarification.
