Parking with a Pending Application

When a resident submits a registration application, the system places the account in a pending review state.

During this pending period, the submitted vehicle(s) are recognized as valid for parking.

Applications remain in pending status for up to 10 days.
During this time, the vehicle is protected from enforcement.
If no action is taken within 10 days, the application will automatically move to a declined status.

If an application auto-declines:

The vehicle is no longer considered approved.
Standard enforcement rules resume.
The vehicle may become subject to citation, boot, or tow in accordance with your property’s rules.

Property managers retain the ability to manually approve the application at any time, even after auto-decline.
