How Do I Find My Keyword?

Your property keyword is required for resident self-registration. Residents must enter this keyword when registering through the ParkingPass portal.

You can locate your property’s keyword directly in your dashboard.

Steps

1. Log in to your Property Dashboard

2. Click Manage Property Settings

3. Locate the red box on the left side of the settings page

4. Your property keyword will be displayed there

The keyword must be shared exactly as shown.

Important Notes

• Property keywords are unique to each community.

• Keywords are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.

• Providing the correct keyword helps prevent misdirected or incomplete registrations.
