Benefits for Active Military

Some communities choose to allow residents to indicate active military status within their account. This flag helps properties account for special circumstances such as deployments and extended absences.

How It Works

If a resident selects “Yes” for active military status during registration or within their profile:

• The resident is required to upload a copy of their active military ID.

• The submission enters a pending review state.

• Property management must review and approve the status before it is applied.

Once approved, the military designation is stored securely within the resident’s account for recordkeeping purposes.

Why This Feature Exists

The active military flag allows your property to:

• Account for extended absences due to deployment

• Reduce enforcement conflicts related to long-term vehicle presence

• Maintain accurate records for special circumstances

This designation is informational and administrative in nature.
