Placing and Managing Patrol Holds

A Patrol Hold temporarily pauses enforcement activity for a property during a defined time window. Once the hold expires, patrol activity automatically resumes.

Patrol Holds are intended for temporary situations only. Some properties may have minimum patrol requirements.

How Property Managers Place a Patrol Hold

Patrol Holds can be managed directly through the portal.

  1. Log in to the ParkingPass portal

  2. Navigate to Patrol

  3. Select Patrol Holds

  4. Click Submit Patrol Hold

  5. Enter the start date and end date

  6. Add a clear reason for the hold

  7. Submit the Patrol Hold

Once submitted, patrol activity will pause for the selected timeframe.

Important Things to Know

  • Patrol Holds are time-bound and expire automatically
