Resident Payments Before Permit Expiration

Residents are able to renew permits up to 10 days before the permit expiration date, provided their lease information is current in the system. This helps prevent lapses and reduces late fee scenarios.

How Early Renewal Works

The system allows renewal:

• Up to 10 days prior to permit expiration

• As long as the resident’s lease expiration date is valid and current

If the lease expiration date has passed or is missing, early payment will not be available.

• The 10-day early renewal window is system-controlled.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and activate permits immediately upon success.

• Keeping lease data current reduces renewal friction and helps prevent unnecessary late fees.
