Paid Public Parking

If your property would like to allow members of the public (such as retail customers or visitors to adjacent businesses) to park in designated spaces for a fee, this can be configured using Public Guest Passes.

Public guest parking must be set up by ParkingPass Support and our technical team.

How to Request Public Guest Parking

To begin setup, email support@parkingpass.com and include the following:

  • The property name

  • The specific parking spot numbers that should be assigned as public guest spaces

  • The pricing you would like to charge for public parking

Our team will:

  • Reassign the specified spaces as public guest spaces

  • Configure the payment structure in the system

  • Coordinate implementation with our tech team

Once configured, guests will register and pay (if applicable) at:

public.parkingpass.com

Signage Requests

If signage is needed for public parking spaces, include the following in your email:

  • Contact name

  • Mailing address for delivery

  • Any specific wording or sign requests (if applicable)

Signage ensures guests know how to access the public registration page and complete payment correctly.

Important Notes

  • Public guest spaces must be clearly identified and designated in the system to prevent patrol enforcement issues.

  • Pricing must be confirmed before setup so payment mapping can be configured correctly.

  • Garage access codes, entry instructions, or physical access control remain managed by the property.

  • Changes to designated spaces or pricing must be requested through ParkingPass Support.
