Extending a Guest Pass

Guest passes can be extended directly from the Property Dashboard, provided the guest is eligible for additional time under the property’s configured rules. Property managers may extend guest passes directly from a resident’s account.


Locating the Guest Pass

There are multiple ways to locate a guest vehicle:

Option 1: Guest User List

  1. Open the Property Dashboard

  2. Select Public / Guests from the left navigation

  3. Click Guest Users

  4. Search by:

    • Resident name

    • Guest license plate

This list displays all registered guest vehicles and allows direct access to the associated resident account.


Option 2: Global Search

Use the main search field in the left navigation to search by:

  • Resident name

  • Unit number

  • License plate

Select the appropriate result to open the resident’s profile.


Extending the Guest Pass

Once on the resident’s account:

  1. Locate the guest vehicle

  2. Click the Action dropdown next to the vehicle

  3. Select Extend

  4. Enter the new expiration date (and time, if applicable)

  5. Add notes if needed

  6. Save changes

If paid guest parking is enabled, any required fees will be displayed prior to confirmation.


Important Notes

  • Guest limits, reset periods, and restriction rules are enforced automatically.

  • Enforcement vendors rely on active guest status when validating vehicles.
