Restricted Guest Vehicles
Guest vehicles may become restricted based on the parking rules configured for the property. Restrictions are automatically applied according to the consecutive-day limits established during onboarding.
How Guest Vehicles Become Restricted
Each property defines:

The maximum number of consecutive days a guest vehicle may park

The restriction period that follows once that limit is reached
When a guest vehicle exceeds the configured consecutive-day limit:

The vehicle is automatically marked as restricted

The vehicle cannot register for a new guest pass until the restriction period expires
These rules are enforced automatically based on the property’s configuration.
Where to View Guest Parking Rules
Guest parking limits and restriction periods can be reviewed by:

Selecting Parking Policy from the Property Dashboard

Opening Manage Property Settings and reviewing Guest Parking configuration
Viewing & Managing Restricted Vehicles
Restricted vehicles can be viewed and managed from:

Open the Property Dashboard

Click the Patrol dropdown

Select Ban Vehicle
This page displays all vehicles currently restricted under guest parking rules and allows interaction with the ban list as configured for the property.
