Using ParkingPass on a Mobile Device

 

ParkingPass is fully web-based and accessible from any mobile device. No app installation is required. Both property managers and residents can access full platform functionality using a mobile browser.


Mobile Access

To use ParkingPass on mobile:

  1. Open any mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.)

  2. Navigate to my.parkingpass.com

  3. Log in using standard credentials

The mobile interface provides the same core functionality as desktop.


What Can Be Done on Mobile

From a mobile device, users can:

  • Register guest passes

  • Add, edit, or remove vehicles

  • Approve or decline applications (property managers)

  • Submit tow requests

  • Review parking rules

  • Manage account settings

  • Access patrol tools (property managers)

All actions available on desktop remain accessible on mobile.
