Guest Pass Access During Pending Applications

Resident accounts remain in a pending status until the application is approved. While in this state, the account is not recognized as fully active within the community.

Guest Registration During Pending Status

Pending accounts are unable to:

• Register guest vehicles

• Create guest passes

• Access guest parking features

Guest registration becomes available only after the resident application has been approved.

Important Notes

• Pending status auto-declines after 10 days if not approved within that time.

• Guest privileges are tied to an approved resident account.

• This structure ensures guest parking access is limited to verified community members.
