Overriding Guest Pass Limits

If a resident has reached their configured guest pass limit, an override may be used to issue an additional guest pass. Overrides allow a new guest pass to be created even when standard limits would normally prevent it.

Locating the Resident Account

There are multiple ways to access the resident:

Option 1: Main Search

Use the search bar in the left navigation to search by:

• Resident name

• Unit number

Option 2: Residents List

Navigate to the resident directory and open the appropriate account.

Creating an Override Guest Pass

Once on the resident’s account:

1. Select Add Guest Pass

2. Enter the required guest vehicle details

3. Check the Override option on the registration page

4. Click Create Guest Pass

The system will allow the pass to be created despite the resident having reached their configured limit.

Important Notes

• Overrides apply only when creating a new guest pass.

• Existing guest passes cannot be extended to bypass configured limits.

• Guest limits, reset cycles, and restriction rules are system-enforced based on property configuration.

• Overrides should be used in accordance with property policy.

• Enforcement vendors rely on active guest status during validation.
