The Provide Feedback option in your left sidebar lets you send product feedback, feature requests, and suggestions directly to the ParkingPass team. It's the fastest way to tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to see next.
This article explains when to use Provide Feedback, what kinds of feedback to share, and what happens after you submit.
When to Use Provide Feedback
Use Provide Feedback when you want to:
Suggest a new feature or workflow improvement.
Tell us what's working well and what you'd like to see more of.
Share an idea for a report, dashboard widget, or automation that would make your job easier.
Flag friction points you've noticed but that aren't urgent issues.
Provide Feedback is not the right channel for:
Urgent issues or bugs blocking your day-to-day work — use Help / Support in the sidebar, or email [email protected].
Citation disputes or refund requests — see the relevant article in the help center.
Resident or guest complaints about your community — those should be handled through your property's normal channels.
How to Submit Feedback
Click Provide Feedback in the left sidebar.
Describe your feedback, idea, or suggestion. Be as specific as possible — what you're trying to do, what's getting in your way, and what an ideal solution would look like.
Submit.
The more detail you include, the more useful the feedback is for our product team. Screenshots, examples of specific properties or workflows, and concrete "I wish I could…" statements are all helpful.
What Happens After You Submit
All feedback goes directly to the ParkingPass product team. We review every submission, and submissions are used to prioritize roadmap decisions, feature improvements, and workflow refinements.
You may not receive a personal reply to every submission, but high-impact feedback often results in a follow-up from our team to ask clarifying questions or share related updates.
Tips for Effective Feedback
Be specific. "The patrol report is hard to read" is less actionable than "The patrol report would be easier to use if I could filter by date range and license plate at the same time."
Describe the problem, not just the solution. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish — sometimes there's already a way to do it, and sometimes your description reveals a better solution than the one you had in mind.
One idea per submission. If you have multiple unrelated ideas, send them separately so each one can be tracked on its own.
Tell us if it's a "nice to have" or a "must have." This helps us prioritize.
Common Questions
Will I get a response?
Not always. Every submission is read by the product team, but personal replies are reserved for feedback where we need clarification or want to share an update. If you need a response, use Help / Support instead.
Can I see what other property managers have suggested?
Not currently. Feedback is private between you and the ParkingPass team.
Where do I report a bug or a broken feature?
Use Help / Support in the sidebar or email [email protected]. Bugs need a faster turnaround than Provide Feedback is designed for.
Can I submit feedback on behalf of a resident?
Yes. If a resident has shared a great idea about how the resident portal could work better, please pass it along — note that it's on behalf of a resident so we can keep their perspective in mind.
What kinds of suggestions are most useful?
Anything tied to a real workflow you actually run. Concrete examples ("when I'm reviewing applications, I'd love to see X") tend to drive change faster than abstract requests ("the app should be easier to use").
Important Notes
Provide Feedback submissions are not a substitute for support tickets. Time-sensitive issues should always go through Help / Support or [email protected].
Feedback is used to inform our product roadmap but doesn't guarantee a specific feature will be built.
If you'd prefer to share feedback in a conversation, you can also bring it up with your account contact at ParkingPass.
