Changing Vehicle Registration Date

Vehicle registration dates in ParkingPass are updated automatically based on the registration document uploaded for each vehicle. If a date appears incorrect or expired, uploading a current registration will trigger the system to update it.


Steps

  1. Log in to your ParkingPass account at my.parkingpass.com.

  2. From your dashboard, scroll down to the Vehicles section.

  3. Locate the vehicle you need to update.

  4. Click the green Vehicle Actions dropdown next to that vehicle.

  5. Select Edit Vehicle.

  6. Upload a clear photo or document of your current vehicle registration.

  7. Save your changes.

Once uploaded, the system will automatically update the registration date based on the document provided.

💡 Tip: Make sure the registration image is clear and fully visible so the system can read the correct dates.


Important Notes

  • Vehicle registration dates cannot be edited manually by residents, property managers, or ParkingPass Support.

  • Dates are updated only based on the registration document you upload.

  • Expired or unreadable documents may prevent the date from updating correctly.


Troubleshooting

If the registration date does not update:

  • Confirm you uploaded the most current registration document

  • Make sure the image is clear and not cropped

  • Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in

  • Make sure the image is the correct file format and size
