Property managers can adjust the maximum number of resident vehicles allowed for an individual unit depending on their community's policy. This is commonly used when a unit has been granted an exception beyond the default vehicle limit.

Steps

1. Click Vehicles in the left-hand menu

2. Click Vehicle/Unit Management

3. Next to the desired unit/resident, enter the new vehicle limit

4. Click Update Resident

The updated vehicle limit applies immediately and allows the unit to register additional resident vehicles.

Important Notes

• This update applies only to the selected unit, not the entire property

• Increasing the vehicle limit does not waive registration or permit fees

• All enforcement rules remain in effect

• Vehicles must still comply with parking policies unless placed on the Do-Not-Tow (DNT) list
