How Revenue Share works
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Revenue Share returns part of certain ParkingPass revenue to your community, like paid guest passes, paid public parking, and Parking Spot Marketplace rentals. The Revenue Share menu is where you track earnings, set up payouts, and plan pricing.
How it works
Revenue Share is opt-in. It's set up during your community's onboarding, or added later on request. Once it's on:
ParkingPass tracks revenue from the sources in your agreement.
Your community's share is calculated from that revenue, based on your agreement.
Payouts go to your bank account through Stripe Connect, a payment service run by Stripe.
You can see projected and earned revenue in the Revenue Share menu at any time.
What counts as shareable revenue
The sources depend on your agreement. They commonly include:
Paid guest passes, when residents or guests pay for guest passes.
Paid public parking, from non-residents using paid public spaces.
Parking Spot Marketplace, from rented spots.
Other sources named in your agreement.
Resident parking permit fees usually aren't part of Revenue Share. They follow your community's permit pricing. See Parking permit prices.
The Revenue Share menu

Manage Stripe Connects: the Stripe Connect accounts linked to your community. Useful if you manage several communities or need to update bank details.

Vendors: vendors connected to Revenue Share, like a patrol partner with an agreed revenue split.
Who can use it
