Resetting your password
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Reset your ParkingPass password from the login page in a couple of minutes, without contacting support.
Who can do this: Property managers and residents.
Before you start
Know the email address on your ParkingPass account. If you changed it recently, use the new one.
Steps
Go to app.parkingpass.com.
Click Forgot Password? under the password field.
Enter the email address on your account.
Click Send Reset Email.
Open the reset email from ParkingPass and click the link.
Set a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
What happens next
The reset email usually arrives within a minute or two. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another one. After you set a new password, your old password stops working.
Important notes
Reset links expire after a limited time. If yours has expired, request a new one.
Requesting a new reset email cancels the earlier links, so always use the most recent email.
Troubleshooting
If the reset email doesn't arrive, the link doesn't work, or you see another error, see I can't log in to ParkingPass.
