You can quickly look up your community's scheduled patrol hours directly in the ParkingPass portal.

Who can do this: Property Manager, Office Staff.

Available on: All packages.

Before you start

• Make sure you are logged in to the ParkingPass portal and have access to your property.

Steps

1. Click Property in the left-hand menu.

2. Click View Property Info.

3. Click the View Patrol Hours button.

What happens next

Your community's current patrol schedule will be displayed, showing the days and times during which patrols are active.

Important notes

• Patrol hours can be customized by day. For example, patrols can be set to run 24 hours a day on most days, with a delayed start on specific days such as Sundays.

• If you need to update your patrol hours or tow hours, submit a request through Settings in the portal. The ParkingPass support team will review and confirm when the changes are active.

Troubleshooting

• If the patrol hours shown do not match your expected schedule, contact ParkingPass support to verify and update your settings.
